Albertina Kurniawan of Newbury Park, CA passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at the age of 85. She was born on October 23, 1940 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Her family immigrated to the United States in the 1980s.
Tina will be remembered for her strength, humor, and creativity. She found joy in making creations from pottery and painting. Whether it was through using the pottery wheel or a blank canvas, she created works that reflected her artistic soul. Music was another gift she shared with her family and friends as well. She was the pianist for her church where she used her talent to lead worship. The sound of her piano playing is a reminder of her devotion to Christ.
Tina is survived by her children and grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to attend Tina’s celebration of life at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Memorial Park, 5600 Lindero Canyon Road, Westlake Village, CA 91362 on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 2pm.
