Anthony ‘Tony’ Antonacci, passed away on July 13, 2016, at the age of 94. Devoted husband of Mary Antonacci for over 68 years. Beloved mother of Nino Antonacci (Bonnie), Anthony Antonacci, and Rosemary Casey (Jeff). Adoring grandfather of Deena Larsuel (Michael), Michael Antonacci (Sara), and Sara Antonacci. Loving great-grandfather of Sofia Antonacci and Elle Larsuel. Dear brother of the departed Vince Antonacci (late Anna), the late Theresa Rubino (late Jimmy), the late Louis (late Santina) and the late Agnes Antonacci. Cherished son of the late Trifone and the late Rosa Antonacci. Fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. Tony was born in Triggiano Italy on January 28, 1922. He immigrated to the United States at the age of 14 and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He loved all sports (especially the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears), seafood, the beach, music, dancing, and most importantly, spending time with his family and friends. Services will be held on Tuesday, July 19 (10:30am), at St. Paschal’s Catholic Church, 155 East Janss Road, California 91360; 805-496-0222. Internment to follow at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Memorial Park.
