Arthur Robert Kelley, Jr was born in El Paso, TX on December 23, 1947 to Marie Jose Micheline (Tcheou) Kelley and Arthur Robert Kelley, Sr. Art, as he was known to his friends, spent most of his childhood in Arizona, graduating from the University of Arizona with an accounting degree. He began his career as a CPA in public accounting, working in the Tucson and Phoenix markets and eventually moving to Thousand Oaks, where he was named Chief Financial Officer for Prudential California Realty. Art spent the majority of his career bridging finance and operations, achieving great success in a variety of ventures.
For the last 5 years, Art was married to the love of his life, Tania. Art’s greatest achievements were his three sons: Parker (Shannon), Stuart and Spencer. Art also leaves a sister, Kitty and brother-in-law Ty Kohnke, as well as two nephews, Greg (Melissa) Kohnke and Ryan (Tara) Kohnke, as well as a great nephew, Jack and two great nieces, Camy and Kendall.
Art was loved by all; he was kind, caring and fun. He loved water, sun and anything with an engine and speed. He will be missed by his family, friends and former colleagues.
