

Camilo Alfonso Montt of Westlake Village, California passed away on September 12, 2025 at the age of 72. He was born on October 17, 1952 in Santiago, Chile where he lived until the age of 21 before immigrating to the United States.
He graduated from Colegio Academia de Humanidades (Padre Dominicos) in 1971.
He worked as a Tax Accountant, founded Blanco Tax Services in 1980, located in Hollywood, California where he built a practice serving generations of clients with unwavering dedication. He dedicated his life to helping others – not just through his work, but through his kindness, generosity, and belief in doing what’s right. He considered his clients part of his extended family and he took great pride in serving them with honesty and dedicated his life to serving generations of clients for over 40 years.
As a devoted catholic, prayers and praying the rosary was his daily routine. He would always carry a rosary and one of his many praying books in his pocket.
He is preceded in death by his father, Alfonso Montt and his mother, Blanca Raquel Herrea.
He is survived by his wife Maria Dalia Montt, son, Pedro Montt, and stepson, Ricardo Gonzalez, daughter-in-law, Marisa Gonzalez, stepson, Anthony Gonzalez, daughter-in-law, Krista Gonzalez, grandson, Enzo Kenneth Gonzalez. He is also survived by his sisters, Maria Eugenia, Patricia and Consuelo.
His home in Westlake Village was his pride and joy, he loved his garden, especially his roses.
He found his greatest peace by the ocean, whether walking barefoot along the shore or simply sitting with the sea breeze on his face, the beach was his sanctuary.
The family would like to express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Daniel Tavari for the compassionate care and support he provided during his final days in the hospital. Your kindness, patience and professionalism brough comfort not only to him but to the entire family during an incredibly difficult time. Also, to the nurses at Los Robles Hospital your gentle touch, kind words, and tireless dedication brough comfort to him and to all of us during a time of deep sorrow.
Family and friends are invited to visit with the family on Monday, October 6th at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks from 3:00 to 7:00 P.M. with Rosary beginning at 6:00 P.M. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at St. Jude’s Catholic Church on Tuesday October 7th at 1:00 P.M. with Burial at Pierce Brothers to follow.
