

He was born on March 12th, 1941, in Brooklyn, NY, here he grew up with 3 sisters and 3 brothers.
Carmine’s careers span from; owning a gas station in NY, working in the copper mines in AZ, maintenance for ARCO Solar in Camarillo, treatment plant for City of Thousand Oaks and owner of C & J Maintenance in Thousand Oaks.
He was active with the Italian Federation at St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church and was an Elk’s Lodge member for 30 plus years.
Carmine is preceded in death by his parents Carmello and Josphine Prizzi.
He is survived by his wife, Angela R. Prizzi, his sister MaryAnn Prizzi Kekler, sons Carmine JR., Vincent and his daughter Diane Prizzi Campbell, 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
The family would like to recognize the following for loving care to Carmine in his last days with us; Rebekka Garnett, Judy (home health aide), Ivette Perez and Carolyn Lorenz.
Carmine enjoyed his international travels with his wife, watching football games with the family and golf matches, when he could stay awake.
Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life at St. Paschal Baylon Church at 155 E. Janss Rd, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360, on April 23rd at 10:30 a.m. and reception to be held at the Elks Lodge on April 23rd from 11:30 to 2:00, 158 N. Conejo School Rd, Thousand Oaks, CA.
