

She graduated from Central High School, Paterson NJ, in 1957 and worked in banking early in her career, before spending 28 years with HB Fuller/Chem Central as an export coordinator, from where she retired in 2006.
She was actively involved in her church, St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Belleview, FL and enjoyed being a member of the church choir. She held officer roles with her residential community homeowner’s association and in TOPs CLUB. Charlotte enjoyed sewing and crafting, making quilts, handmade cards and crafted items for her friends and family. She also enjoyed reading, bowling, country music and spending time with her dogs, particularly her beloved Mikey who was a constant comfort and loyal companion to her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Redding, her parents, Ivan Ducceschi and Loretta Weir Ducceschi, as well as her siblings Ivan Ducceschi Jr., Catherine Duccheschi Margroff and Richard Ducceschi.
She is survived by her children: Frank Giannetti and wife Judy, Darlene Dobry and husband Vance, Vincent DePalma, Raymond DePalma and wife Kelly and 7 grandchildren: Frank Giannetti III, Ashley Giannetti, and Nicole Giannetti, Mallory Dobry and Nicholas Stone, Rachel DePalma, and Randy DePalma.
Charlotte, “Charlie”, loved her life in FL, living in several locations over the years, but making her home with her husband Denny at Smith Lake Shores Village in Belleview, where they were an active part of the community and made special friends. She moved to California three years ago to be closer to her daughter and family, celebrating her milestone 85th birthday with family and friends.
The family would like to thank all of her wonderful caregivers, particularly Jerrie Gilleon and Kim Patterson for the care and compassion they showed her.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, 5750 SE 115th St., Belleview, FL 34420 on Friday, May 30th, 2025 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, 5740 South Pine Ave, Ocala, FL 34480. A luncheon reception will be held at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church following the interment and all are welcome.
