David Steven Cohen of Chatsworth, CA passed away suddenly on Nov 21, 2012. Beloved son of Karen and Lou Cordileone, brother of Michael Cohen of Enfield, CT, stepbrother of Carla Ann Murphy and Louis Cordileone, uncle of Gianna.
Memorial Services will be held Sunday Dec 2, 2012 at 11am at Pierce Brothers Chapel of the Oaks, 5600 Lindero Cyn Rd, Westlake Village, CA. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Heart Association.
