Diane Laila Reich, age 88, was born on August 17, 1936, in Brooklyn, New York. She passed away peacefully at home in Phoenix, AZ on January 8, 2025, a date that poignantly coincided with her mother Laila’s birthday.
Diane shared a remarkable 65 years of marriage with her devoted husband, James Michael Reich. Together, they built a loving family that includes their five children: Gwen, Kim, James, Chris and Jill. Diane was also cherished by her grandchildren Brittany, Kyle, Alyssa, Oliver and Max, as well as her great-grandchildren Hunter, Daniel and Cameron. She was the beloved daughter of Louis and Laila Francis
Diane’s life was defined by her deep love for animals and love for her family. Her enduring bond with her husband Jim was a testament to a life filled with love and partnership.
Diane’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be laid to rest in the family plot at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks, Westlake Village, CA, where Diane and Jim raised the family and lived most of their lives.
