Jeanne Marie Ardolino

Jeanne was the daughter of Mr. John Snively Reasoner and Mrs. Marjorie Marie Reasoner (Webster).

Jeanne graduated from University High School (“Uni High”) and furthered her education at Santa Monica College and Los Angeles Valley College earning an AA degree. She worked as an Administrative Assistant at Douglas Aircraft and then General Telephone.

While working at GTE, Jeanne met her late husband John Joseph Ardolino, an Engineer. They were married on May 9, 1959.

After living in an apartment in Westwood, Jeanne and John purchased a home in the San Fernando Valley and began to start a family. After many years, they made the move to Calabasas Hills in 1988.

Jeanne was very active. She was an avid tennis player for many years. She loved the outdoors, gardening, and walking the neighborhood for exercise alongside her beloved sheltie, Laddie. She looked forward to spending time with friends, loved traveling, art history, music, movies and was a big foodie.

Jeanne donated her time to The Cheviot Hills Junior Women’s Club, raising money for various causes through luncheons and fashion shows. She was also a big supporter of SPCALA, The Humane Society and PBS.

Jeanne is survived by her two daughters, Gina and Lisa. Her sister Katherine. Her niece Nancy and her family. Her son in law Albert and his family. Her beloved granddaughter Francesca, Francesca’s rescue dog Rosco and a host of friends.
