We had no idea when Tara and Payson met in 2012 that Jeff had been the most wonderful veterinarian to our two dogs for over 10 years. I love Jeff as a veterinarian. I love Jeff for his kindness and friendship as our kids navigated high school theatre and beyond. I love him for how he treated Payson. Most of all, I love him as a man of God who loved and cherished Michelle and Tara with all that he had, every day. One of my favorite memories was when Payson and Tara climbed up on a fire truck for a photo op at prom - he was so concerned and loving over his adventurous Tara! We are blessed with his days on Earth, and he is now blessed with his days in Heaven. One in a million, Dr. Jenkins.

To the family and fur family of Dr. Jeff, my heartfelt sympathy goes out to you at this very difficult time :( 
I first met Dr. Jeff at the Baseline Animal Clinic when I moved to Arizona 31 years ago :)  He and his Dad, Dr. Hal, were so compassionate and truly concerned for the well-being of all their animal patients.   Dr. Jeff was always so pleasant and friendly and always had a smile on his face.  You could see that he really loved what he was doing, helping to heal and care for all of his patients. 
I will be forever grateful to Dr. Jeff for all of the wonderful care he gave to my pets.  He was truly one-of-a-kind, who touched many lives  and he will never be forgotten.  Rest in sweet peace, Dr. Jeff.
