Larry was born in Tucson, AZ on July 19th 1937. He graduated from Tucson High School and attended The University of Arizona. Larry worked as a manager for General Telephone for 30 years. He was actively involved in golf , it was a passion of his . Larry was preceded in death by his parents Dwight and Julia Payne and his half brother Cecil Massey. Larry is survived by his loving wife Judith Payne, sons Adam and matthew Payne, Grandsons Alexander and Brandon Payne and brother James Payne . The family would like to thank Home Sweet Home Care Facility for their kindness and care of Larry .
A graveside service for Larry will be held Friday, March 28, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Memorial Park, 5600 Lindero Canyon, Westlake Village, CA 91362.
