It’s hard to put into words how much Marc will be missed. He was one of a kind. An incredible lawyer, but a genuinely good person through and through.

We are thinking about his family during this difficult time and sending them much love and peace.

Marc was a great person! No two ways about it. Always considerate, thoughtful and a gentleman . . . an old school gentlemen, He had a calming soothing presence about him that carried over to others in the same room I will miss Marc.

Marc was our law partner at Litchfield Cavo for a number of years. He was steady, dependable and knowledgeable about California employment law. Our clients felt comfortable when their files were in his hands. I can only imagine how much his family and close friends will feel his absence. The memory of a good person is an everlasting blessing. We all have benefited from knowing Marc.

It was my pleasure to work with Marc on several cases we had in California. I recall the time we visited the DMG MORI factory in Davis. He (and I) looked so funny in our borrowed hard-hats and plastic booties. I wish I had a photo to share, but photos in the factory were not allowed.

Marc was a skilled litigator but always a gentleman. I am proud to have been his partner.
