

Margarita “Margot” Villanueva Hernandez, 90, of Agoura Hills, California (formerly of Miami, Florida), passed away peacefully on October 17, 2025, with her daughter at her side. She was born on December 6, 1934, in Madrid, Spain, and grew up in Havana, Cuba. Margot graduated from La Inmaculada School and worked at her father’s business, Willie’s Club, a beloved Havana restaurant club known for its welcoming spirit. She later resettled in Miami, where she married and raised two daughters. In Miami, she worked at Navarro Pharmacy for 20 years, where she was known for her kindness, dedication, and warm smile. After retiring, she moved with her youngest daughter to Broward County, Florida, and later to California, where she lived in Conejo Valley for the past 15 years. She will be remembered for her sweet nature, selflessness, and unwavering love for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ventura and Etelvina Villanueva; her sister, Loly Villanueva Lezama; and her brother-in-law, Enrique Lezama. She is survived by her daughters, Ana Von Tilzer and Susie Forcada; sons-in-law, Albert Von Tilzer and João Forcada; grandchildren, Blake Von Tilzer and Samantha Forcada; nieces, Vivian Lezama Kaye and Diana Lezama Weiner; nephew-in-law, David Kaye; and their families. A private family viewing will be held, with a service and interment to follow in Miami, Florida, at a later date. She will be deeply missed and remembered with love by all who knew her. Her gentle spirit, generous heart, and quiet strength touched the lives of everyone around her, and her memory will live on in her family’s love.
