Polly Weston, beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2025, at the age of 91. Born on August 31, 1934, in Cookeville, Tennessee, Polly was the oldest of six children. Her upbringing was shaped by deep family values, the closeness of a large southern family, and the courage of her father, who served in World War II.
A proud graduate of Tennessee Tech University, Polly studied home economics and accounting—fields that reflected her practical mind and her lifelong devotion to caring for others. After moving to California, she met the love of her life, Perry Weston, and the two married in 1966. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with faith, commitment, and family.
Polly began her career working in home savings and loans before becoming a full-time homemaker after the birth of her children. She was the heart of her home, known for her southern hospitality, warm smile, and gentle strength. She welcomed everyone with kindness and lived to take care of her family.
Deeply involved in the Church of Christ, Polly lived out her faith every day—volunteering at Little League baseball, serving her church community, and offering friendship to anyone in need. Her love and kindness knew no bounds, and she moved through life without making a single enemy.
Polly is survived by her two children, Stephen and Jody, who will forever carry her love and legacy. She is preceded in death by her husband, Perry, and her beloved son, Dudley, with whom she is joyfully reunited in heaven.
Polly’s sweet spirit, unwavering love, and gentle presence will be missed beyond measure. She leaves behind a lifetime of cherished memories and a family forever grateful for the gift of her life.
