Rick Kalua Kahana

February 25, 1958July 24, 2012

Trust, fear, loyalty and love are always on top of all friendships with friends and family in such a way we can't explain, except that God intended this for us. I abelieve He wants us to die, so we have no pain. We come back to instruct others. Our pain will feel like nothing (we just go to sleep), but upon our wakening our teaching will go on. - Rick Kahana

It's hard for me my Brother Rick... We connected and Rode together side by side.
It's almost your Birthday coming up and I can only feel what words cannot say,
Ride on Brother, May the wind always be, behind your back... TONY K

We were so devastated to get the call from Kim notifying us of Rick's passing. He was such a kind man with a beautiful soul. He will forever remain in our hearts and will be deeply missed.

We had our good days and we had our bad,
I thought I would never forget the times we had

The times are changing
and our memories are slowly fading
and though times may change
we just have to hope and pray
that someday things will be okay

the times are changing
but we can't keep holding onto the past,
because we don't know if our past
can be part of our future

and as I shed one last tear
I will remember our life here
In our childhood forever is seared
