Rita J. Burg, age 85, of Henderson, Nevada passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2022. Rita was born November 2, 1936.
A funeral service for Rita will be held Friday, September 16, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks-Griffin Memorial Park, Mortuary & Crematory, 5600 Lindero Canyon Road, Westlake Village, CA 91362, followed by a graveside service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one. I’d like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways. Of happy times and laughing times and bright sunny days. I’d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun of happy memories that I leave when life is done.
