Rosie Bovard of Thousand Oaks, California, passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the age of 67. She was born on January 25, 1958 in Mexico City. At a very young age, she moved with her family to Chicago, Illinois.
After high school, Rosie pursued additional training in secretarial skills. With those skills, Rosie advanced rapidly to Executive Secretary with a major California insurance company. In her private life, Rosie enjoyed music and dancing.
Rosie is survived by her husband and her brother.
