

Dat Thanh Nguyen, a devoted family man and respected military doctor from South Vietnam, passed away peacefully at 89 years old in Garden Grove, CA on May 27, 2026. He had made America his home for over forty years. As a widower, Dat Thanh Nguyen was distinguished by his lifelong dedication to his wife and family, unwavering faith, commitment to caring for others, and a love for gardening in his later years. Throughout his life, he touched many people and leaves behind a legacy of solemn strength, rebuilding, integrity, and love for God and family.
