David, you are an amazing coworker, but an even better friend. You made NextGen a family, and it feels incomplete without you here. Thank you for all the countless memories you made with us... especially me, from being the best cornhole partner and scaring Ben and Alex with our amazing throwing skills to meeting your lovely Daisy and wife on your day off bc I was upset at work to playing Jackbox with everyone on our downtime...We love you and miss you immensely. Everyone here at NextGen has a part of you within our hearts because without a doubt, you made everyone smile with your crocs and wheelies in the lab. You made work fun and we always put in more IT tickets just so we could see you. Even when you were swamped with work, you made time to see us. Thank you for your friendship and out of pocket jokes, and obviously the Bidet. 

David, you were an incredible light to work with. You shared my humor and I loved how you’d sass me right back and understood my elder millennial jokes and ways. You made me laugh and eased my way with many challenges-the impossible was instantly  achievable  after your touch. I cannot thank you enough for your compassion when helping me sort out sensitive needs with staff,  and how amazing you were with research on gear and ideas. You were so patient and kind, taught me so much, and made such a huge difference each day for me, and our crew, I notice your touches everywhere. I wish I would have sent you those 1000 chicken nuggets I owed you much sooner. I will miss you very much, and I am so thankful I got to work with you it was such an honor. 

You were my go-to IT guy at work; dropping everything to help fix all and any tech probs we had at all hours of the day including 10pm.  You always responded within minutes of each support request.  You were so amazing at what you did and everyone always had such a great time when you came to 130.  There was always nonstop laughter.  I will always remember you as the only person walking into the lab in shorts and sandals even when it was freezing out or raining.  Thank you for introducing us to your lovely Daisy and making our lives easier at work.  You don’t even know what an impact you had on everyone.  Safe travels my friend.  

We were your first big boy after college job and you charmed everyone every day. When I told my mom, she said - wait, David we gave the trophy for the ugliest Christmas sweater to? Her and Erik’s mom were the judges. Erik had put a lot more effort into his phenomenal Christmas outfit and felt a bit cheated that his mom was part of the jury haha you had taped a mirror on your sweater, which was quite hilarious. When I told you we would allow dogs at the office, you immediately went out and found Daisy. Best dog ever. This was her team headshot. Thank you for still visiting us and all your random emails all the time. We will all miss you, crazy man! 

David brought joy to the workplace and was the glue that held our work friend crew together! You were hilarious, a genius when focused, and most of all a caring person.  We'll miss you!
