Guadalupe G Cisneros

Ma. Guadalupe Guiza Ramos, “Lupe”, age 89, passed away on Friday, December 24, 2021 peacefully in her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 26, 1932 in Puruándiro, Michoacán and was one of five children. She was a loving faithful wife to Carlos Francisco Cisneros Torres, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her 2 sons, Carlos and Pedro, 8 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.

The family moved from Mexico in 1960 and settled in their home in California where she would spend the majority of her life. Lupe would spend countless hours planting and cultivating her beautiful garden. She enjoyed sewing and embroidery. She was also a devoted member and volunteer of the Saint Barbara Church community. She loved spending time playing with her great grandchildren. She made friendships everywhere she went and always had a captivating story or childhood anecdote to share.

Lupe was a Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Aunt, Cousin, friend, and neighbor who was loved by all those that knew her.

A viewing and rosary service will be held at Peek Funeral Home in Chapel 5 on Wednesday, January 5th from 5-8 PM. A mass will take place at Holy Spirit Church on Thursday, January 6th at 12:00 PM and will be followed by a funeral service at Good Shepherd Cemetery.
