The religious ceremony, Lễ Phát Tang, Nhập Quan và Cầu Siêu, will be held at Peek Funeral Home, located at 7801 Bolsa Ave, Westminster, CA 92683, in Chapel #5 on November 11, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
Following the ceremony, visitation, Thăm Viếng, will take place at the same venue and chapel from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm on November 11, 2025.
The funeral service, Lễ Di Quan, will be conducted at Peek Funeral Home, Chapel #5, on November 12, 2025, from 8:30 am to 10:00 am.
