Peter Le Van Sau resided in Garden Grove, CA. He is survived by his beloved wife Kim Nhat Hoa of 58 years, his 3 daughters (Juliet Tam, Linh Hai, NhuTerri), his 2 sons-in-law (Reggie and Richard), and his 5 grandchildren (Remy, Nola, Levi, Macie, and Maven). He was born in Rach Gia, Vietnam and worked as a military nurse before he immigrated to the US in 1980, seeking a better life for his family. His love for food and helping others lead him to secure a job at the Salvation Army, working as the lead cook for over 30 years. In retirement, he busied himself with volunteering at Chua Phat To Temple, tending to his fruit garden, going grocery shopping, and watching YouTube videos. He continued to show his deep love for his family and friends through his gift of cooking for them, which is how he will always be lovingly remembered.
