HEIN, Alexander, 82, of Old Tappan, NJ, passed away on Saturday, May 9th, 2020. Alexander is survived by his beloved daughters, Karin Zysfain and Monica Zwicker and his former wife, Ingrid Hein, whom he was married to for 40 years. Alex was also a cherished Grandfather to Stephanie Zwicker, Michele Zwicker, Bradley Zysfain and a Great-Grandfather to Colden Zwicker. He is survived by his sister, Erica Kowarz and his brother, Richard Hein and predeceased by his sister, Melitta Kroeger. Alex is also survived by his dearest companion, Hannelore. He was born in the Ukraine on June 12th, 1937 to Emil and Eva Hein. Alex had a long time career as a Machinist and retired in 2011 from United Technologies in Norwood, NJ. Alex loved being surrounded by his family, friends, flowers and nature. His hobbies included gardening, collecting and working on antique cars and swimming in his pool.
