B. Lorraine Sadlon

Hillsdale- Lorraine “Lola” Sadlon, born in North Bergen, NJ, died peacefully on January 2, 2023, shortly before her 94th birthday.

She was a devoted wife of John P Sadlon (deceased) for 71 years and a wonderful, loving mother to Janet & James Hart, John S Sadlon (deceased) & Sherrie Bradley, Lori & Andrew Zucaro, Karen & Richard Pasch, and Randy & Janie Sadlon. Lorraine leaves behind 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and will be sorely missed.

Lorraine raised 5 children in River Vale, supported her husband by being his bookkeeper for Norge Dry Cleaning Village in Rochelle Park, Norge Dry Cleaning in River Vale and then Broadway Cleaners in Westwood. They later moved to Hillsdale. She also loved working for Foremost Caterers in Westwood well into her 80’s! She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Woodcliff Lake since 1960.

Visiting at Becker Funeral Home, Westwood, Monday, January 9, 3-7PM. Funeral Tuesday, January 10 at 11:30 George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
