Bettyann Dehn

Elizabeth "Bettyann" Dehn, born in New York City to the late Arthur and Elizabeth Tracy, passed away peacefully on her 85th birthday, June 10, 2017. She is survived by husband, Robert L. Dehn, married on September 11, 1954, with six children and sixteen grandchildren: son, Robert W. (wife Debra and grandchildren Robert, Kristi & Oscar), daughter, Debra (husband David and grandchildren Craig and Andrew), son, Thomas (grandchildren Karlie & Kyle), son William (wife Margaret and grandchildren William, Gregory and Troy), daughter, Susan (husband Jeff and grandchildren Jamie, Jeffrey and Thomas, and son, Richard (wife Mary Beth and grandchildren Kevin, Nicole and Jacquelyn). She is also survived by her brother, Arthur Tracy (wife Bernadette), and predeceased by brother, Edward Tracy.

Retired to Mahwah 20 years ago, Elizabeth and Robert raised their family in Hillsdale where they were active at St. John the Baptist Church where Bettyann was a member of the Rosary Altar Society and the Hillsdale Fire Department where Bettyann was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary. Family and friends may visit from 4-8 pm Tuesday, June 13 at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ. The Funeral Mass celebrating Bettyann’s life and faith will be at 10am on Wednesday, June 14 at St. John the Baptist R.C.Church, Hillsdale, NJ followed by interment at Ascension Cemetery, Airmont, NY. Memorial gifts may be made in Bettyann's name to Autismspeaks.org and /or Eccretreat.org (Eastern Christian Children's Retreat).
