

Born in Hackensack, NJ on September 11. 1955, Bruce was the son of the late Conrad J Radtke and the late Anne Henzel Radtke. He was the brother of Barbara Anne Radtke. Steven Radtke, Michael Radtke, and Therese Anne McCombe; the uncle of Mark A. Radtke, Thomas S. Radtke, Trevor W. McCombe and Sarah Papay Hill; and the grand uncle of Rowan A. McCombe.
Bruce will be remembered as a talented musician, a well-respected software programmer, and a compassionate volunteer.
Bruce was a jazz guitarist and composer in the New York Metro area. He was a graduate of Berklee College of Music, one of the first students in their Applied Music Program. He gigged professionally in Boston, Los Angeles and New York City. His compositions were among the songs recorded on his CDs that include Cadence, Cowboy Jazz, Life Line, and Long Time Passing. Most recently he led a quartet performing gypsy jazz with the group Honey Henzel and the Pick Pockets.
Bruce was a well–respected computer programmer. In his early years he worked for IBM, but the majority of his career he was an independent contractor. He was the owner of Brewsky Consulting LLC.
Bruce was a dedicated volunteer. Hospice and Meals On Wheels were among the organizations to which he gave his time. He was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening, working out, and making furniture.
Due to the Covid pandemic, interment and a memorial service were private.
