What can we say about Charlotte, a devoted wife of 64 years, a mother of four daughters, a grandmother of nine grandchildren and a great grandmother of two? Charlotte had lifelong girlfriends. What a blessing! She enjoyed eating out and was a regular at many restaurants in the Pascack Valley. She would head for the Park Ridge Diner after morning mass with her Our Lady of Mercy friends. We remember Mom shopping at Lord and Taylors, going to the movies in Westwood and taking out a book or two at the River Vale Library. Charlotte was happiest at her condo in Delray Beach , Florida with our dad Ted. At family get togethers she would always have a story to tell which usually changed a little with each telling and got funnier and funnier. After her years of being a stay at home mom Charlotte became a realtor and also enjoyed working in a bridal shop. As she and her friends aged she faithfully visited them when they were housebound. She spent the last year of her life with new friends at Sunrise Assisted Living . She will be missed. Thanks for everything Mom.
