Doris Mae (nee Scheffel) of River Vale, NJ on Friday, June 20, 2014. Beloved wife of Robert D. Ciocco. Devoted mother of Randy B. Ciocco, Marilyn Tavoularis and Judy Ciocco Arkis. Dear sister of John and Thomas Scheffel, and the late BettyLou Kleiwerda. Mother-in-law of Rosemary Ciocco, Zahara Davis and Robert Arkis. Also survived by grandchildren Holly Michelle Jeffreys, James Ciocco, Robert and Gregory Tavoularis, and adoring great grandsons Matthew and Daniel Jeffreys.
Doris was a graduate of Lodi High School. She loved ice skating and listening to Frank Sinatra. Before retiring at the age of 80, she had most recently worked as a cashier at Verizon, Orangeburg, NY.
The family will receive their friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Monday, 4-8PM with a funeral service at 7:30PM. Cremation will be private.
