KOCH (née Floß), Elisabeth Anna Maria, 93, of Harrington Park, NJ, formerly of Dumont, NJ, and too many other communities to list, passed away Wednesday, January 7th, 2026. Elisabeth is survived by her loving sons Charles and Ronald (Danielle); her cherished grandchildren Lucas (Mary), Rebecca, Mia, and AJ; and her great grandson Ronan. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Karl; her daughter-in-law Denise; and her siblings Gertrude (Trudi), Wilhelm, Alfred, and Edi.
Born in Munich, Germany, Elisabeth came to the United States in the 1950s. While traveling by boat to Germany for a visit with her family, Elisabeth met her husband Karl. They later married and started their family, living in Switzerland and Australia before finally settling in New Jersey. Her love of children was evident; she worked for several years at a daycare center and helped her sons raise their children, passing on the family tradition of baking. She was a proud and caring mother, aunt, and grandmother and will be greatly missed.
