CLUNE, Elizabeth “Lil”, a native of County Clare Ireland, of Westwood, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2018. Beloved wife of Patrick “Pake” Clune. Devoted mother of James Clune and his wife Debbie, Michael Clune and his wife Layne, Eileen Goodman and her husband Thomas, and Patrick Clune and his wife Michele. Dear sister of Mary Ryan, Agnes Sweeny and Gerard Kennedy . Loving grandmother of Ryan, Danielle, Matthew, Brendan, Sophia, Alyssa, Meagan, Siobhan, Maeve, Jackie, Michaela and Joey. She is predeceased by her parents, Patrick and Nora Kennedy and her sister and brothers; Cecilia Yelverton, John and Lawrence Kennedy. She came to the United States in 1953. She was a member of The Doonbeg Club. The family will receive their relatives and friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Friday, August 3 from 2-4 and 7-9PM. The Funeral Mass celebrating Elizabeth’s life and faith will be held at R.C. Church of the Assumption, Emerson, NJ on Saturday, August 4 at 9:30AM. Interment will follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Nanuet, NY. Memorial gifts may be made in Elizabeth’s name to the American Cancer Society.
