Elizabeth R. Flynn

FLYNN, Elizabeth "Betty" Rita (nee Hayden), 94, of Emerson, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2014. She was born in New York City to John and Anna Hayden. Beloved wife of the late Thomas F. Flynn, Sr. Devoted mother of Dennis J. Flynn and his wife Heidi, Marilyn A. Jankowski and her late husband Steven M., John W. Flynn and his wife Carole, Thomas J. Flynn, Jr. and his wife Linda, and the late Kenneth J. Flynn. Dear sister of Vincent Hayden. She is predeceased by her eight brothers and sisters. Loving grandmother of Kerri Ann Tobin and her husband Thomas, the late Dennis Flynn, Jr., Jennifer Sanservere and her husband Daniel, Erin Mullay and her husband Michael, Steven Jankowski, Kenneth Jankowski, Brian Jankowski, Shannon Jankowski, Ryan Flynn, Kyle Flynn, Patrick Flynn and his wife Megan. Cherished great grandmother of Allison and Thomas Flynn, Anna Sanservere, Gavin and Dylan Mullay. Betty was longtime parishioner of Church of the Assumption where she was a member of the Rosary Society. She was a member of the Emerson Seniors. The family will receive their relatives and friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Friday, 4-8PM. The Funeral Mass celebrating Betty's life and faith will at R.C. Church of the Assumption, Emerson, NJ on Saturday at 10AM. Interment will follow at Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah, NJ.
