Born in Bethlehem, PA, Frances was the beloved daughter of Anna and Francis Madl. She graduated Don Bosco High School in Allentown, PA, and attended Bergen Community College in Paramus, NJ.
Frances met the love of her life, Anthony, through mutual friends in 1969. They married in 1970 and shared 55 wonderful years together, building a life filled with love, laughter, and adventure. Throughout their devoted marriage, they shared a deep love of God and a steadfast commitment to their Catholic faith, as longtime parishioners of Saint John the Baptist Parish in Hillsdale.
Frances dedicated more than 37 years of service to AT&T, beginning her career in Pennsylvania before transferring to Clark, NJ. Throughout her tenure, she held several positions, most notably serving as a Production Scheduler for Underwater Repeaters. She retired in 1997.
Retirement marked the beginning of one of Frances’s greatest joys—traveling the world with her loving and devoted husband. Over the past two decades, they explored countless destinations together, creating cherished memories along the way. Among her favorite adventures were cruising through Antarctica, embarking on African safaris, visiting Machu Picchu, and traveling throughout all the continents in the world.
Frances will be remembered for her warmth, faith and adventurous spirit.
