Frances C. McKay, 87 passed away on April 18, 2013. Visiting hours will be on Thursday 7-9pm at the Becker Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Friday 10am at the funeral home with the interment to follow in Rockland Cemetery, Sparkill, NY.
