Frank was born in Brooklyn NY on June 15, 1938, to Frank and Elsie (nee Bohley) Diller. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Ann (nee Hurley), his children Frank W III, Lauraine Kelly and her partner Steve Loverchio and Karen Lawton. He was beloved by his grandchildren Timothy and Mia Kelly, Scott, Bryan and Megan Lawton. He was predeceased by his son in law Michael Lawton.
Frank graduated in 1961 from the University of Vermont with a Bachelors of Science in Business. He was a member of Theta Chi.
He trained in the ROTC and served as a captain in the Army. .
He worked for JC Penny and Montgomery Ward.
Frank and Ann also owned and managed 2 clothing stores, The Children’s Clothes Tree in Hillsdale NJ.
Frank was an avid tennis player from a young age, enjoyed bird watching, gardening and vacationing in Lake George and Fort Myers.
