Today marks three months without your physical presence in our lives. We miss you so much; each day our love grows stronger for you. 

The more I think about you the more memories that I remember. In honor of your beautiful life, I would like to share some things that I loved about you:

I remember how much you loved your family, more than anything.

I remember how much you loved your job, helping patients, and how much they loved and continue to love you. 

I remember how happy you were at parties, always wanting to dance. 

I remember how happy you were to see Gaby play soccer. The infamous, “Pressure Gaby, pressure!” 

I remember how much you loved listening to Zacarías Ferreira or any forms of bachata music.

I remember how selfless, loving, and full of love and life you were.

I can’t believe I am even writing here. It all seems so surreal. You will be missed beyond words my beautiful friend.  I will never forget the smile you gave me the last time I saw you and your words will stay with me forever. Many healing blessings and strength to your family and your girls who we all know mean the world to you. 
The earth may have lost a beautiful soul but heaven gained an angel.  It was an honor to have known you. I will not say goodbye but i will say take care, until we meet again. Love you always.

I will always remember how you ran around getting the girls to their after school activities. Lety and Olivia have been friends since 2nd grade and we made sure they were always placed on same soccer recreation team.  Your love, support and dedication shine through the girls and through them your spirit lives on. You will be greatly missed.

My mind just keeps flashing to moments spent with you. Working at the exact spaces you worked in everyday. I will miss us telling stories and feeling the same way.  Us cracking jokes on each other endlessly, you trying to make me speak Spanish or forever correcting my Spanish. Sharing our stories about our children. My heart breaks for you family that you gave your all for.  I know you will be with them forever in your ways. Your strength ran rounds around others.  I hope you know what you meant to me & I am so grateful for the times spent with you. Our calendars were always full but we made it work somehow.

Irene, my cabronsita, so many memories with you I can’t decide on one. Remembering how scared you were to cut Lety’s nails as a baby, surprising me with a doll on Christmas, yelling at me for sneaking pictures of you and our sincere conversations about life will forever hold a special place in my heart. You mean the world to all of us and I’ll look for you in everything I do. Mana, I miss you and I love you tremendously...

I was blessed to have experienced and share many memories with a wonderful human being that I called sister. Irene was truly a selfless , loyal, loving and humble person. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister,  wife and godmother.  I am saddened to say that we lost her to soon but we gained three daughters that each share her great qualities. I will forever remember her silly personality, her great moves, her natural beauty, and her effortless ways of being. If I could go back in time and savor all the good, the happy , the not so good and not so happy moments sister, I would because everyone of those moments were precious. My greatest regret is have taken you for granted.  Thank you sister for all that you taught me. I have so many memories that I will share with your girls, sister. Love you ! 

Irene,  I have so many memories that come rushing to my mind that it’s hard to pick one.  I’ll miss you rushing up to me at family parties, ready to get the night started asking me to sneak you a couple beers so your mom wouldn’t see (wink). Your infectious laugh, your comfort, your support, your guidance is and will always be everything to me. There is not enough words to express everything that you mean to me and to our family. I love you Mana. I’ll carry you with me, forever. One more “pinche mana” is all I need. Te quiero mi Irenita y te extraño ♥️

My Mommy is the most beautiful and selfless person. She always knows how to make me feel better, calm me down and comfort me.

It is too hard to limit my favorite memories into one, however, I loved when we would dance and clean/dance together after school or on the weekends. She always complemented her dancing with a duck face.

Irene fue una persona feliz , siempre dedicada a su familia , a sus hijas y esposo.. me duele tanto su partida como el resto de la familia , pero se que ahora está en un mejor lugar.. siempre recordaré esos bellos momentos que compartimos juntas...fuiste una linda persona por dentro y por fuera, como también una excelente prima... te llevaré siempre en mi corazón.. descansa en paz Irenita..
