James Arthur Falborn, 92, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 24, 2019. Devoted father of Denise Cutillo and her husband Edward, Gerard Falborn and his wife Dawn, Barbara Lankelis and her husband Jac, Christopher, Jonathan Webber and his wife Rachel and his daughter in law Amanda. He is pre- deceased by his son James C and 2 sisters and 3 brothers. Loving grandfather of the late Edward, Jennifer, Joshua, Zachariah, Jamie, Jackie, Luke, Veronica, Trina, Jessica, Rebecca, Christopher and Raymond. Born in Brooklyn, NY and lived in Emerson before moving to Paramus. Before retiring, James was an advertising executive with Bird & Falborn, New York City. He served in the US Navy during WWII. James was a parishioner of R.C. Church of the Assumption, Emerson and a sat on the Board of Directors of the Blind Assoc. of New York. The family will receive their friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood on Thursday from 4-8 pm. A funeral mass will be held at R.C. Church of the Assumption on Friday at 9:30 am. The interment will follow in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown.
