Jeanie Castro

Jeanie was born on May 13, 1942 in The Bronx, NY. Jeanie was a kind and giving soul. She loved to cook. She loved cleaning the house. She had a good talent for home decorating and loved to do it. She loved making sure holidays and birthdays were special and celebrated. She loved her oldies from the 50's. She loved watching TV (especially comedies that she would laugh at). She was extremely proud of her 3 sons. She had a great sense of humor and a beautiful smile. She was the best mother, sister and aunt anyone could ask for. She was adored and cherished by her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.

Jeanie was preceded in death by her husband Louis and her son Gregory. She is survived by her sons Eric and Steve, her brother Anthony, and several nieces, nephews and dear friends. Please share fond memories, condolences, and photos. You can also send food or flowers to the family’s residence, but please no visitors. There will be no memorial services due to the pandemic. The Castro Family will have a small private party in celebration of Jeanie's life when the time is appropriate. Jeanie will be buried at The Westwood Cemetery in Westwood, NJ. When the time comes, the family will announce her location of burial and headstone and family and friends can visit as they wish.
