Louise M. Lagg was born on January 25, 1933 in Hastings, Pennsylvania and resided there for about 19 years. She was a resident of Washington Township, New Jersey for over 40 years and most recently moved to Ramsey, New Jersey for the past 18 years.
A beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she is survived by her five children, son Robert, his daughter Kristin McSorley and husband Kyle, their two children Callan and Marielle; daughter Carrie; son Richard and his wife Dot and their children Emily and Eric; daughter Dori Janssens; son Michael and his wife Lisa; sisters Dolly Brooksbank, Alveda DePaul, Eleanor Soyster. She was predeceased by her husband of 46 years Stan R. Lagg, her father Pasquale Molino and her mother Rose Revillini-Molino, her brothers, Adam Molino, Joe Molino and Louie Molino (her twin brother); sisters Bridget DeFalco, Ann Goodwill, Madeline Petrix and Carolyn Steckler.
Louise began a professional career with the Washington DC office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where she met her future husband S.R. Lagg. She continued her career in the loss prevention arm of the retail business, working for Lord & Taylor, Bloomingdale’s, and Sak’s Fifth Avenue.
She was a life long member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Washington Township.
Considering the current medical crisis there will be no service at this time. A private service will be held in the future in her honor. Concerned friends and family are asked to say a prayer/perform a random act of kindness for a stranger.
