As a mother she raised two children Di Ana Pisarri and Ozzie Pisarri, who sorrowfully make these arrangements. She leaves behind siblings Belta Perez, Giovanni, Joseph and Carl Sgambelluri. Lulu was a shameless Nana of her grandpups Gazpacho, Chevre and Henri.
Lourdes was born and raised in Guam until moving to New York for college. She proudly received an Undergraduate Degree from Marymount College in Tarrytown, and two Masters from Columbia University in New York. She served as a Learning Consultant for the Dumont Board of Education for 30 years and took great pleasure in mentoring students to reach their goals.
The Pisarri household was a family home to many, Lulu received everyone with open arms and had a way of making them part of her family. As a mother to her community she created holidays, traditions and memories that will live in us all. As a lover of the arts she took pleasure in watching young artists shine.
We welcome friends and family to come share a final goodbye with us at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral mass on Thursday at St. John the Baptist RC Church, Hillsdale at 10:00 am. Entombment Garden of Memories.
Mommy, you always said we were your heart and soul, and from this day forward you will always be ours. Grateful for the mother you have been. You are loved more than you know. Di Ana & Ozzie
