Maureen A. Rusnak

Beloved wife of John. Devoted mother of Erika and son-in-law Mick. Loving sister-in-law to Bill and Joan who predeceased her. Adoring aunt to Billy (Marie), Chris (Monica), and Jennifer (George). Cherished friend of many.

Maureen was born in Brooklyn, NY to William and Dorothy Kennedy and attended Trenton State College. Maureen devoted her life to education and made a lasting impact as a dedicated English and Theatre Arts teacher.

Maureen loved Monty Python and British mystery novels. She adored animals, especially her cherished Golden Retriever, Rooney. Maureen was an avid reader and traveler and a gifted artist. Maureen was witty, caring, and an all-around beautiful person who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A visitation for Maureen will be held Monday, June 30, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ 07675.
