Noreen Dailey

Noreen was born on August 25, 1946, in Brooklyn, NY. The oldest of three daughters to her parents, Ethel and Andy Marrinan, Noreen developed an early love of reading and, until she could no longer do so, read anything and everything available to her. Those who knew her would often find her thumbing through a book or the newspaper, working on an embroidery or scrapbook project for her grandchildren, whom she adored, or sipping coffee or tea with her loving and devoted husband, Ed. Early memories of her include spending time with her own father in Coney Island, a place and time she often reminisced about.

Noreen graduated from Brooklyn College in 1967, before marrying Edward in 1968. She and Ed met while on separate family vacations in Florida and thereafter shared nearly 58 years of devotion to each other.

She is survived by her husband, Ed, and her children, Allison (Brian) and Ed (Michelle), and her grandchildren, Juliana, Alex, Brennan, Daniel, Will, and Andrew.

Visitation will be held at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ 07675, US, on March 18, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

A Funeral Mass will take place at Our Lady of the Visitation Roman Catholic Church, 234 N Farview Ave, Paramus, NJ 07652, US, on March 19, 2026, at 10:00 am.

A Committal Service will follow at George Washington Memorial Park, 234 Paramus Rd, Paramus, NJ 07652.
