Patricia A. Vaccaro

VACCARO, Patricia Ann (nee Hoge), 81, of Hillsdale, NJ, answered the call from our holy father on Friday, February 7, 2014. Pat was born to Gordon and Eleanor Hoge on Christmas Day, 1932 in Evanston, IL. She moved to Bronxville, NY where she met her future beloved husband, Tony at his Sinclair garage. They married in January 1955 and moved to Rockland County in 1960. The spent 27 years raising their four children in a heart warming neighborhood in Blauvelt, NY. Left to cherish her memory is her husband Tony, daughter Barbara Greve and her husband Tom, daughter Kathy, son Anthony and Anita, son Eddie and Jackie. Loving grandmother of Christine, Jimmy, Stephen, Samantha, Tom and Mike. Those we love can never be more than a thought apart, for as long as there is a memory they’ll live on in our hearts. The family will receive their relatives and friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Monday, 2-4 and 7-9PM. The Funeral Mass celebrating Pat’s life and faith will be at St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Hillsdale, NJ on Tuesday at 10AM. Interment will follow at Rockland Cemetery, Sparkill, NY. In lieu of flowers, please make a charitable contribution to ARC of Rockland or Camp Jawonio in New City, NY.
