RODAS, Paul, 86, of Hillsdale, NJ, formerly of Mykonos, Greece, passed away on Saturday, August 17th, 2024. Paul is survived by his beloved wife Sotira (nee Ioannou) of 59 years; his son George and his grandson Paul. His sisters Eleni, Lena and brother Elias. He is predeceased by his parents George and Maria Rodas.
Paul served in the Greek Navy and later emigrated to the United States in 1962. He became a well respected chef and restaurant owner in various locations in New York and New Jersey. He will always be remembered for his kindness and generosity to all.
Visitation is Wednesday, August 21st 11:00am -12:00pm followed by a 12 Noon Funeral Service all held at The Metropolitan Cathedral of St. John The Theologian,
353 E. Clinton Ave, Tenafly, NJ 07670. The Committal will follow at Valleau Cemetery, 546 Franklin Turnpike, Ridgewood, NJ at 1:30PM.
