ROSSY, Phillip Andrew, PhD, 67, of Westwood, NJ, formerly of Hillsdale, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2014. He was born in Montreal, Canada to Fred and Ramza Rossy. Beloved husband of Maria. Devoted father of Mia and her husband Michael, and Daniella and her husband David. Dear brother of Joyce Rossy. Loving grandfather of Tyler, Dylan, Jacob and Harrison. Phillip was a graduate of McGill University where he received his undergraduate degree, his Master’s Degree and his PhD in chemistry. He was employed by International Flavors and Fragrances. The family will receive their relatives and friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Friday, August 22 from 2-4 & 7-9PM, with a religious service to take place at 8PM. Private burial will take place in Montreal, Canada . In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Phillip’s name to the American Diabetes Association.
