Rosemary B. Levin

Rosemary Levin (nee Barnello), 83, of Woodcliff Lake, NJ, passed on Tuesday July 19, 2022. She was born in Syracuse, NY and has lived in Woodcliff Lake for more than 45 years. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Wayne Levin, her daughter Kira Jeanne, son-in-law Chad Hoilman, and her son, Darryl Kurt Levin. She is the dear sister of Beverly Scales and the late Terry Donley.

Rosemary received her college degree in music at Ithaca College and her masters at Queens College. She was a music teacher, she taught local children piano, and she was a member of Our Lady Mother of the Church Choir for many years. She was an avid volunteer and contributor to numerous community causes and was a passionate advocate for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Covenant House and Native American Heritage Association. Her love of music and family was inspiring to all those around her.

A Celebration of Rosemary’s Life will be held on Wednesday, at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood from 4- 6 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. www.stjude.org
