Born to Niko and Darinka, who predeceased her, Senka carried her proud Croatian roots with her throughout her life. Her heritage was a source of strength, resilience, and identity — values she passed down to her family with pride.
Senka was the beloved wife of Denis and the devoted mother of Olivia and Gabriela. She was the adoring grandmother of August and Julian, and nothing brought her greater joy than her grandchildren — except perhaps her beloved grand-dog, Marshall. She is also survived by her brothers, Ante and Damir. In addition to her immediate family, Senka was a loving aunt and sister-in-law who held a special place in the hearts of her extended famil
Senka was the hardest-working person in any room — intelligent, honest, calm, and endlessly strong. She was the voice of reason when things felt uncertain and the steady presence everyone leaned on. A true fighter in every sense of the word, she faced life’s challenges with grace, courage, and unmatched determination.
She was fiercely loving, deeply caring, and always level-headed — unless, of course, there was a debate to be had. Known affectionately as the family’s greatest “debater,” Senka could out-argue anyone, armed with facts, logic, and usually a strong cup of coffee. Strong, caffeinated, and always right (at least in her version), she kept everyone sharp.
Above all, she loved her family with her whole heart. Her grandchildren were her greatest pride and purest joy. The traditions she built, the strength she modeled, and the love she gave so freely will continue through them.
Her presence was grounding. Her wisdom was guiding. Her love was constant.
She will be deeply missed and forever carried in the hearts of those who loved her.
Zauvijek u našim srcima.
Forever in our hearts.
