Sylvia Marie Caromil

Sylvia Marie Caromil (nee Corra), of the Twp. of Washington, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2012. She will be kept in memory for the roles that she had in all our individual lives. She expressed her love best through her cooking; she taught best through her example. As a young lady who emigrated from Italy to the United States, family was pinnacle. Sylvia was most proud of her accomplishments as a mother, a wife, a sister, a mentor, a best friend and the matriarch of a large extended family. In addition to her amazing family life she retired as the Controller at All Brand Nissan Car Dealership at the age of 70. Devoted wife of the late John Caromil. Loving mother to her four daughters, Maryann Caromil; Jeanette Cowen and her husband Tom, and their children Erin and Stephen; Catherine Emestica and her son William; and Louise Caromil-Schultz and her husband Bill and their three children Morgan, Dawson, and John Corbett. Sylvia is survived by six siblings Giacinto, John, Paula, Paul, Carl, and Josephine. She is predeceased by her two brothers Richard and Louis.
