Teresa Iannone

June 18, 1952 – July 29, 2025

It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of Teresa Iannone, age 72, who left us peacefully on July 29, 2025.

Born in Italy on June 18, 1953, Teresa brought with her a deep-rooted sense of family, tradition, and love when she made her home in River Vale. Her life was a beautiful blend of compassion, strength, and generosity—qualities she extended freely to everyone she met.

Teresa was a devoted wife, a nurturing mother and grandmother, and a beloved friend. She had a gift for caring for others, whether it was through a comforting conversation, a lovingly prepared meal, or simply being there when you needed her most.

She found great joy in her garden, where she tended to her flowers and vegetables with the same quiet devotion she gave to her family. Her kitchen was the heart of her home—always filled with the comforting scents of home-cooked meals, the laughter of loved ones, and the warmth that only she could bring.

She is survived by her loving husband, Carmine Iannone; her daughter, Christina Tucker and her husband Shaun Tucker; her son, Anthony Iannone and his wife Liz McConnell; and her cherished grandchildren, Olivia, Kaylee, and Miles. Her family was her greatest pride, and she poured her heart into every moment she spent with them.

Teresa’s memory will live on in the lives she touched with her kindness, her unwavering love, and the beauty she cultivated in both her garden and her family. Her legacy is one of quiet strength, selflessness, and a deep, abiding love that will never fade.

The family will receive guests at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Friday, August 1, 2025, 4-8pm. A celebration of life and faith will be held at Church of the Assumption in Emerson, NJ on Saturday August 2 at 9:30am
