Thomas Ivancich of Denville, NJ and formerly of Hillsdale, NJ passed away on March 10, 2026. Tommy leaves behind the people who made his world go round: his loving wife of 23 years, Joyce (Cullim), and his two daughters, Kerry and Kendall, who absolutely owned his heart. He is also survived by his mom Eileen; his siblings Kathleen Rattigan (James), Deborah Mulholland (Brendan), and Michael; and a whole crew of nieces and nephews who adored their Uncle Tommy. He is predeceased by his father, Thomas.
If you asked Tommy what mattered most, he’d point straight to Kerry and Kendall—sometimes literally, usually with that big grin, and always with a story to follow. He loved being their dad with every ounce of his being. Whether it was cheering on their accomplishments, giving questionable pep talks, telling wildly exaggerated dad-stories, or simply being the loudest supporter in any room they entered, Tommy made it clear: his girls were his world.
He loved deeply, laughed loudly, and showed up without hesitation. And though the loss is enormous, the stories he leaves behind will bring laughter for years—some true, some “Tommy true,” and all part of his unforgettable charm.
In lieu of flowers, you’re invited to honor him in classic Tommy fashion: make a donation to a charity you love, or head to your local pub, raise a pint, and cheer on the New York Giants.
Go G Men! (He’s probably already trying to coach them from the great beyond.)
Memorial Visitation will be held on Monday March 16th from 4-8 pm. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will begin at 7:15
