Vappu, my best friend since 2005.  I have such fond memories of us watching my sons during their figure skating journies to Nationals and the Hall of Fame.  I will never forget how we vacationed in the 
West Indies, and your visit to us in Seattle.  

I will never forget when we released balloons to honor your son in Barbados.

I relish the day we painted my kitchen chairs.  After we finished our argument about how much base coat was needed, we laughed and hugged each other.

I miss our late-night talks and our early morning coffee.  Most importantly, the last time we spoke was only two days before you passed as I was on my way to Portugal.

My family and I will never forget our infamous trip to Mardi Gras.  Honey, if there is reading in Heaven, read on.

Aunt Vapou I have known you since I was a little boy and hung out with Wayne when you brought him to our house. I have talked to you recently but time slips away. You were so nice to all of us and I hope your reunited with Wayne and my mother. Rip David 

So sorry for your family’s loss… Vappu I will miss you more than you will ever know. It was a pleasure knowing you these last three years. Thank you for always making me laugh.  I hope you are eating all the coffee ice cream up there. Rest In Peace. Love you much.
